EPA environmental protection can improve the current situation of open production in the workshop, avoid static electricity problems and other problems caused by external personnel and objects, and effectively reduce the generation of static electricity in the anti-static work area.
1. ESD access control. Real-time monitoring of the static detection status of personnel entering and exiting the EPA area, only those who pass the ESD static detection test (wrist strap 750K~35MΩ, electrostatic shoes 750K~100MΩ) can enter the EPA area;
2. Air shower room. The clean air blown out of the air shower can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively block or reduce the dust source from entering the EPA area;
3. Temperature and humidity monitoring. Real-time monitoring of the temperature and humidity in the EPA area, so that the temperature and humidity in the EPA area continuously and stably meet the anti-static standards (temperature 25±10°C, humidity 55±20%);
4. Cleanliness monitoring. Real-time monitoring of dust particles in the EPA area, so that the cleanliness of the EPA area reaches the corresponding cleanness index (class 100 clean room, class 1,000 clean room, and class 10,000 clean room);
Two, ESD static elimination
The electronic device itself may be electrified due to contact and friction with the working surface and packaging materials during processing, handling, and transportation. When a charged electronic device approaches or contacts a conductor or the human body, static electricity will be generated, which may damage the electronic device.
