Establishment of electrostatic safety work area
1. Set up an anti-static grounding system;
Grounding resistance <10W (GJB12058-90: <=100W); set more grounding terminals; generally, it should be separated from the electrical ground.
2. Lay anti-static floor and table mat;
Floor structure, materials, construction and acceptance, daily maintenance, and regular monitoring. structure:
Overhead movable type: suitable for occasions with non-moving loads (equipment), few people, and many communication cables, but not suitable for frequent logistics occasions;
Carpet type: only laid on the pedestrian passage (accounting for 15% to 35% of the plant area), not suitable for logistics load transmission;
Anti-static floor board laying (permanent type): One-time full laying, convenient for process adjustment, and suitable for logistics load transmission.
Anti-static table mat: double-layer composite rubber products, the upper layer is 105～108W, the lower layer is 102～103W. The grounding resistance to the ground should be in a safe range; it is best not to use metal table mats, one is personal safety, and the other is to avoid the discharge of charging devices .
