Explanation of Antistatic Shoes
Antistatic shoes use PVC or PU foam material for the sole, which is integrally molded with the upper and then reinforced with stitching. This effectively releases static electricity and, together with antistatic clothing, forms a complete antistatic system. Antistatic shoes are lightweight and agile, with an antistatic EVA midsole to relieve foot pressure and provide greater softness and comfort. Materials include: PVC leather/leather/genuine leather/canvas/conductive silk/T/C fabric. The finished shoes are aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, slip-resistant, and have excellent abrasion resistance (5 times higher than ordinary soles), making them more environmentally friendly. They are high-quality antistatic shoes sold globally.

Taking antistatic mesh shoes as an example:
Characteristics: They can dissipate static charge from the human body, preventing dust from escaping and providing more effective dust and antistatic protection.
Applications: Electronics, LCD/LCM/LED, semiconductor manufacturing, instrumentation, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, food, etc.
Sole resistance: 10^6-10^9Ω. Available sizes: 34#-50# (220mm-300mm).
Material: PU, canvas, anti-static fabric; custom styles available upon request.
Instructions for Use of Anti-static Shoes
1. Anti-static shoes are protective footwear designed to eliminate static electricity on the human body and prevent electric shocks from currents below 250V. This product is manufactured in accordance with GB4385-1995 standards.
2. Primarily suitable for use in locations where static electricity may cause combustion, explosion, or other hazards (such as workplaces in the petroleum, chemical, coal mining, printing, rubber, medical, cleanroom, and electronics industries).
3. Anti-static shoes and conductive shoes should not be worn simultaneously with insulating wool socks and insulating insoles. Anti-static shoes should not be used as insulating shoes.
4. Anti-static shoes should be used on anti-static floors, and conductive shoes on conductive floors to achieve a good anti-static or conductive effect.
5. Anti-static shoes should be used in conjunction with anti-static clothing. Pay attention to the cleanliness, waterproofing, and moisture-proofing of the products. 6. During use, a resistance test should be performed every 200 hours. If the resistance is outside the specified range, the shoes cannot be used as antistatic shoes. Antistatic shoes should have a resistance between 100K ohms and 100M ohms.
