FFU class 100-level anti-static workbench

When the device is used, there are the following installation requirements:
1. It can be used only after all parameters are qualified.
2. Place the FFU class 100 anti-static workbench on the anti-static mat.
3. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean the appearance and components of the workbench pad.
4. Spread the prepared anti-static table mat flatly on the work surface.
5. The operating range of the operator determines the area where the anti-static mat is laid.
6. Determine the size of the anti-static workbench according to the size of the workbench.
7. Clean the bottom surface (smooth side) of the bench pad completely with isopropyl alcohol.
8. Foil boxes laid on the outside under the anti-static table are only allowed to overlap at the fold.
9. Press down the knob joint from the front of the anti-static table pad (you can replace it with a connection point composed of stainless steel nuts, nuts, and washers), so that it passes through the table pad and the foil tape (where there are multiple aluminum foil tapes, they should be worn Over).
10. Use multi-strand glued copper core cords or cables with a cross-section of not less than 2mm to connect the anti-static table mat and ground mat in series with a 1MΩ resistor to the grounding configuration system, and the anti-static work table is grounded.
