How can SMT production workshop effectively prevent static electricity
Since electrostatic discharge is very harmful, the damage of electrostatic discharge to electronic products is latent and random. Therefore, it is very necessary to take effective electrostatic protection measures in the SMT workshop to reduce the damage of electrostatic discharge to the product.
So, for the entire SMT workshop, what does the complete anti-static system include? It can be roughly divided into two parts:
1. Software management part
The customer has formulated corresponding anti-static rules and regulations and operating procedures for each station in accordance with the requirements of his company; at the same time, there are corresponding anti-static requirements documents during the storage and transportation of the product.
2. Hardware facilities
1) SMT workshop floor adopts anti-static polyvinyl chloride (PVC) floor, which can meet the current anti-static requirements of the floor in the workshop;
2) There are 2 thermometers and hygrometers in the SMT workshop. The temperature and humidity conditions are confirmed every two hours and the temperature and humidity conditions are truthfully filled in the record sheet. The temperature control range before the project is 22～28℃, and the humidity control range is 30%～70%RH
3) Each station on the production line has a corresponding electrostatic interface, which is connected to the electrostatic system of the entire SMT workshop;
4) At the entrance of the SMT workshop, there is a place where a dedicated person can change anti-static clothes and a wardrobe;
5) The operators in the workshop have uniform anti-static work clothes and anti-static gloves, and each work station is equipped with anti-static wristbands;
6) After production, finished products and semi-finished products are stored in anti-static turnover boxes;
7) The unpacked PCB board of the printing station is stored in an anti-static turnover box, and each workbench uses an anti-static mat.
8) In the warehouse, the raw materials are stored in a special anti-static material cabinet, and corresponding anti-static measures have been taken;
