Cleaning the clean clothes depends on the frequency of use and cannot be generalized. If it is in the electronic microelectronics industry, the antistatic performance requirements of clean clothes are particularly strict, and it needs to be cleaned frequently.
Some dust-free factories are replaced according to the appearance evaluation standards or the number of cleanings of clean clothes. Most clean clothing cleaners have certified that their clothes can be washed 100 times. So, what criteria should be used to judge the replacement time of the clean clothes? The percentage change based on the original test data can be used as an objective criterion for judging the replacement of clean clothing.
After using it for a period of time, it must be professionally tested by the instrument to see if its antistatic performance parameters are still within the standard range. Antistatic performance can be detected by the following methods:
Charge surface density method
Tested after rubbing with nylon standard cloth in a specific manner on specified conditions. The smaller the charge surface density, the better the antistatic properties.
2. Frictional electrification voltage method
The test principle of the method is to rub the sample with the standard cloth under a certain tension condition, and the highest voltage and the average voltage generated at this time are used to evaluate the frictional electrification relationship between the wearer and the outer garment. The method is to clamp the sample clip on the drum with a sample of the dust-free fabric, and the drum is rubbed with a standard cloth (nylon or polypropylene) at a speed of 400 rpm to test the maximum value of the charged voltage of the sample within 1 min.
