How should we operate and use the ion fan
For the maintenance of low maintenance of the ion fan, clean the launch point of the transmitter, and slide the small fan to the left or right or rotate the cleaning brush until the clean ion emission tip is cleaned at least once a week. The air inlet net and the ionized air outlet should be cleaned to prevent blockage of airflow and can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air. The static elimination time is measured by an electrostatic analyzer, the static elimination time is tested, and the static elimination time is measured by an electrostatic analyzer. The ion volume of the ion fan is balanced and fixed. The offset (residual voltage) of the ion balance is formed due to factors such as voltage fluctuations and ambient air humidity. Industrial fan offset standard: OV ± 10V. If there is a large deviation between the static elimination time and the residual voltage, it should be sent to the factory for calibration.

The role of the ion fan is to generate a large amount of positive and negative charges by air ionization, and to blow out positive and negative charges by a fan. A positive and negative charge is formed to neutralize the charge on the surface of the object. When the surface of the object is negatively charged, it attracts a positive charge in the airflow. When the surface of the object is positively charged, it attracts a negative charge in the current, so that the static electricity on the surface of the object is neutralized. A heat gun for the purpose of eliminating static electricity.
The Ion Fan Series has a small fan to provide wind and a roller fan to provide wind. The size of the wind can be adjusted by a speed switch over a wide range. Rotate the governor switch clockwise until the indicator light is on to turn on the fan, generating an ion flow and increasing the fan speed. The governor switch can be rotated clockwise; when the counterclockwise rotary governor is turned to the "off" position, the indicator light is off, indicating that the fan is turned off and the infrared automatic induction ion air gun is turned off.
When adjusting the direction of the airflow, loosen the large screw of the bracket and tilt the body to adjust the up and down position. After adjusting, tighten the bracket screw. When it is necessary to heat the ion wind, turn on the heating switch to heat the ion wind blown by the fan; to turn on the light switch when the light is to be turned on; clean the ion emitting frame and slide the cleaning head handle left and right to clean the ion needle.
For the installation of the ion fan, place the ion fan on the table top or hang it above the table top, plug in the power supply, and turn on the fan. Adjust the fan airflow to the required working area and tighten the tightening nuts on both sides of the fan to start working.
