Secondly, wearing anti-static shoes will definitely play a good anti-static effect when laying on anti-static floor or anti-static floor mat? Usually people wear socks and pad insoles. Some people tend to sweat. These socks and pad insoles can also conduct static electricity. However, some people can't guide the dryness of the shoes during the dry season. Static electricity, and many manufacturers only require workers to wear anti-static clothing and anti-static shoes, ignoring the adverse effects of socks and insoles, so that this anti-static shoes and anti-static ground can not play an anti-static effect. Therefore, a "composite body resistance detector" is placed at the entrance of the machine room or factory building, which can quickly and accurately detect those who wear unqualified anti-static shoes, socks and insoles.


Third, the staff must wear anti-static clothing in addition to anti-static shoes to better eliminate static electricity. Because the static electricity generated by people rubbing with clothing during activities is usually around several thousand volts, enough to break through the precision components in the circuit board. Therefore, wearing an anti-static suit is a must. The protection of hair static electricity is also very important, so wear an anti-static suit and also need to wear an anti-static cap correctly.


In addition to the elimination of human body static electricity on the production line, the workbench and tools should adopt electrostatic protection measures. We recommend to produce on the workbench with anti-static mat or stainless steel workbench, and equipped with anti-static chair.
