How to install anti-static floor mat

1. The ground should be clean and tidy

Anti-static floor mats can not be laid in any place, so the first thing you need to do before laying floor mats is to clean up the ground. It is required that the ground must be flat without any obvious unevenness; the ground must be strong enough to avoid any sanding and shelling; at the same time, the ground must also be dry, and the laying of mats on wet ground is not good. After all these factors are checked, the ground should be cleaned with gasoline or xylene. Make sure that the ground is free of any impurities.

2. Preparation of laying tools

The laying of anti-static floor mats requires the use of steel bars or aluminum bars. During the laying process, these steel bars or aluminum bars are frequently laid to lead a section to the ground. Note that the length and width should be determined according to the actual situation.

3. Formally lay the floor mat

Then lay the conductive mesh, apply some conductive glue to the ground, and after the glue is dried, glue the bottom of the mat to the ground. In order to make the floor mat stick to the ground tightly, you can use a heavy roller to roll it 5 times, knowing that the surface of the floor mat is flat and level. Note that when laying the mat, the temperature cannot be lower than 25 degrees Celsius, and at the same time, it must be ventilated, so that the conductive glue can be dried quickly.
