How to test anti-static clothing after cleaning
As we all know, operators in dust-free purification workshops must wear clean dust-free clothing, and because of the requirements of technical standards, ESD clothing cleaning must also be professional. But how can you tell the quality of a dust-free clothing after purification and cleaning?

In fact, this is not difficult. As long as you choose a qualified dust-free clothing, you can tell the quality of its purification and cleaning by testing its dust emission rate after purification and cleaning.
So how is such a professional test conducted?
According to the requirements of the standard American standard IEST-RP-CC003.3, first you must have a test environment with a purification level of 100, and secondly professional dust-free clothing testing equipment: equipped with a Hamke roller and a laser particle counter, and finally test according to the standard. During the test, the Hamke roller and the laser particle counter should be connected and placed in a 100-level purification environment.
Turn on the Hamke roller and the laser particle counter separately, and first use the particle counter to test the value of the Hamke roller when idling. Then put the cleaned, cleaned and dried dust-free clothes into the Hamk drum, let the drum rotate 10 times per minute for 10 minutes, and use the laser particle counter to read and print. Take the 0.5um dust particles as the basis for the test, weight the 10-minute test data, and then take the average as the final test dust rate for judgment. The lower the value, the less dust particles the cleaned dust-free clothes have, and it is more suitable for use in high-level dust-free workshops.
