How to Use an Anti-Static Counter Mat
1. Daily Use of Anti-Static Counter Mats:

1. Clean the surface of the anti-static counter mat: For general cleaning, pour a small amount of detergent into a basin of clean water. Then, soak a clean towel in the water (let it dry slightly) and scrub the surface of the mat to remove any dust. After scrubbing, if there is excess water on the countertop, wipe it with a dry towel.
2. When cutting the anti-static counter mat, reduce its length and width by 1 cm to allow for recovery. Then, trim it to avoid irregularities. Glue the mat to the work surface. Conductive adhesive is preferred, but double-sided tape or water-soluble super glue can also be used (it can be used after 24 hours of bonding).
2. How to Install an Anti-Static Desk Mat:
Place an anti-static desk mat (covered with conductive adhesive) on the table. Then, attach one end of the anti-static grounding wire to the surface and connect the other end to a grounding conductor to collect static electricity. The anti-static grounding wire allows for ventilation on the table:
1. The green surface stores and absorbs static electricity around the table, with a resistance of 107 to 109 Ωcm.
2. The black bottom surface is a conductor with a resistance of ≤106 Ωcm, allowing it to quickly release absorbed static electricity.
3. Connect one end of the grounding wire to the anti-static desk mat and the other end to the ground. This allows static electricity to be smoothly discharged to the ground, eliminating static electricity from the surrounding area. This is how static electricity is released from the table.
