How to use anti-static workbench?
The surface of the anti-static workbench is mostly made of anti-static melamine high-pressure decorative laminate and wooden materials. The wooden materials are embedded with conductors, and the desktop static charge is introduced into the ground through the ground wire. Some desktops are made of stainless steel, so you need to lay anti-static table mats to discharge electricity.
Anti-static workbench is easy to install and easy to operate:
1 First of all, we must determine the size of the anti-static workbench according to the work needs, and the measurement must be standard, too large or too small will affect normal work;
2 Always use alcohol to wipe the various parts of the anti-static workbench to keep it clean and prolong its life;
3 It is also necessary to lay anti-static floor mats, and the anti-static workbench should be completely placed on the anti-static floor mats to ensure safety;
4 The ground wire of the anti-static workbench must be laid to avoid inconvenience caused by changes, and it can be used after checking the safety after installation;
5 Lay the foil tape, and the aluminum foil can only be overlapped at the folding place. Press the knob connector from the front of the anti-static table pad to replace it with other nuts to make it pass through the table pad and the foil belt to ensure good electrical contact;

How to use anti-static turnover box?
1. The plastic pallet should be placed gently to avoid uneven force and damage on the ground.
2. When placing the goods, they should be placed evenly to avoid the sharp surface directly pressing on the bottom of the tote box. If the force is uneven, it will be sideways or damaged, and the goods in the box will be damaged in more serious cases.
3. When using the matching tray, consider whether the size of the turnover box is suitable for this plastic pallet to avoid inappropriate size, improper placement and side skew or box collapse.
4. When using stacking, you should consider the load-bearing of your own turnover box, and the stacking height is the most restrictive.
The correct use of the tote box should ensure that the weight of a single box does not exceed 25KG (normal human body restrictions), and cannot be filled with the box. At least 20mm (excluding the upper joint part) should be left to prevent the goods from directly contacting the bottom of the box. Damage or dirty the product. The combination code of the tote box is placed on the plastic pallet with proper strapping and wrapping, which is convenient for mechanical loading and unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage. In order to make the tote box safe to use for a long time, we hope to use the plastic tray correctly according to the following requirements:
1. The turnover box should avoid being exposed to sunlight to avoid aging and shorten the service life.
2. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods into the container from a height. Reasonably determine the way the goods are stacked in the container. The goods are placed evenly, don't pile them up eccentrically.
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop the tote box from a high place to avoid the crushing and cracking of the tote box caused by violent impact.
4. When the forklift or manual hydraulic truck is working, the fork thorn can lift the tray as smoothly as possible before changing the angle. Fork thorns must not hit the side of the pallet to avoid pallet breakage and indirect damage to the tote and goods.
5. When the pallet is placed on the shelf, the shelf-type pallet must be used. The carrying capacity is determined according to the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
