How to verify the resistance compliance of anti-static work clothes
The purpose of the compliance verification of anti-static work clothes is to ensure that the parameters of the anti-static work clothes (minimum resistance and maximum resistance) meet the ESD protection requirements, to ensure that static electricity is effectively controlled, and to provide environmental protection for the safe production of products.
The compliance verification project is divided into resistance test and voltage test. Today I will introduce the resistance test:
1. Preparation before test:
1. Test condition: Humid temperature under normal working environment.
2. Test equipment: resistance measuring instrument
3. Sampling method:
Online sampling: test and verify the anti-static work clothes in use at designated locations
Sampling after cleaning: After the anti-static work clothes are cleaned, the test verification is carried out at the time of receipt (for outsourcing and batch cleaning of anti-static work clothes)
