Interpretation of anti-static clothing fabrics
Many employees of manufacturing companies are required to wear anti-static clothing or clean clothes for work. The staff will blindly follow the instructions of superiors and let them wear whatever they want. In fact, they don’t understand why they should wear anti-static clothing. They cannot work in ordinary overalls. The difference between anti-static clothing and ordinary clothing lies in the difference in fabrics. The following is an interpretation: anti-static clothing uses anti-static ultra-clean fabrics, and the main difference from ordinary fabrics lies in the concept of "ultra-clean".
The net fabric should have the following three characteristics at the same time:

1. With anti-static function: The primary feature of anti-static ultra-clean fabric is anti-static performance. At the same time, this anti-static performance must be durable and efficient, and will not be significantly attenuated by daily washing and friction.
2. The fabric itself does not emit dust: Because it is worn in a clean room, it is required that the fabric cannot be the source of dust in the clean room, which determines that the ultra-clean fabric can only be produced with chemically synthesized long fibers.
3. The fabric should have good dust filtering: the dust in the clean room mainly comes from the air flowing in the room and the human body moving indoors.
When the equipment conditions are determined, to improve the cleanliness is to control the tiny dust generated by the human body to the maximum extent in the clothes and let it pass through the fabric into the air. This is the so-called high dust filter rate of the fabric.
Only anti-static fabrics that have the above three characteristics at the same time can be regarded as excellent, and the anti-static clothing made can have long-lasting and efficient anti-static and dust-proof performance.
