Ion static eliminator performance measurement

1. Test standards: ANSI/ESD STM3.1, ANSI/ESDSP3.3
Second, discharge time (discharge time/decaytime): the time required for the initial voltage value to drop from 1000V to 100V (10%);
III. Balance voltage/ion balance degree/paranoid voltage/residual voltage (baiance voltage/ionbalance/offset voltage): the charging plate acts on the ionizing equipment for a long enough time to test its static voltage without charging.
Ion fan test instrument (CPM) requirements and precautions
First, the natural attenuation of the static electricity of the charging board evaluation testing 5 minutes ≤ 10% (3.1), periodicverirication 1 minutes ≤ 10% (3.3);
Second, before the Offsetvoltage test, the original static electricity must be discharged through the ground to eliminate interference;
3. When testing the discharge time, ±1000—±100 should be measured in both cases;
Fourth, the pulse type ionizer must test its peak offset voltage (peak offsetvoltage)
Fifth, the test environment temperature and humidity, air flow rate and other parameters should be recorded.
