In addition to integrated microelectronics industries such as electronics, the state also stipulates that operators entering dangerous goods warehouses (such as explosives warehouses, detonator warehouses, fire-proof rooms, etc.) should wear anti-static shoes and anti-static clothes. Meet the requirements of national standards; detonators should be placed on the ground and countertops of the storage room, power distribution room and black powder storage room, and ground them. What problems should be paid attention to when laying anti-static mats
1. It is strictly forbidden to contact acid and alkaline solvents (such as benzene, alcohol, etc.) on the surface of the product. If cleaning is required, wipe the cloth with a neutral solution (such as water).
2. The glue used must be compatible with the bottom of the placemat product and the material of the workbench. The product must be firmly bonded and will not shrink after being pasted. It is recommended to carry out mass production after the paste test.
3. Product shrinkage rate: The rubber content of this product is higher than that of ordinary table cushions on the market, the durability is improved, and the tensile strength is also improved. It is recommended to extend and relax the product specifications when cutting, and store it for 24 hours at the same time, so that the product can recover from the fatigue process, and then produce glue.
