In addition, when inspecting anti-static gloves, the appearance quality should be divided into batches and samples according to specifications, and there should be no less than 20 pairs during inspection. If there are less than 20 pairs, a complete test is required. In the inspection process, the lamp is usually used for inspection; when checking the internal quality, it is divided into batches, and 5 pairs are randomly selected according to the specifications. If it is not enough, you can increase the number of samples. Generally speaking, the design of anti-static gloves is relatively loose and the sizes are S, M and L. They should be worn in an appropriate size. You can also specify an elastic band on your wrist when ordering, which will make it more convenient to wear.
Anti-static gloves should be placed in a soft bag, and cannot be folded twice during transportation, and then put the soft bag flat in the box. Each packaging bag should be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions. Gloves should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid being affected by humid environments. Do not use them with acids and bases. Do not press them during transportation to ensure the quality of the gloves.
