Method of making anti-static door curtain with anti-static rope
1. First, measure the width and height of the door to calculate the total length of the anti-static rope. The calculation basis is: the spacing between each rope of the anti-static door curtain is 2cm-5cm, and the length is about 1 meter above the ground after hanging (touching the legs). The purpose is to allow the rope to fully contact the human body and discharge the static charge carried by the human body.
2. Cut the rope into sections according to the required length, and then fix the two ends of the cut rope with suitable copper terminals (one end can also be fixed with a copper terminal, and the other end can be fixed with a special copper pendant or directly tied).
3. According to the width of the door, cut the aluminum alloy tube or copper plate with grooves, press the copper terminal at one end of the anti-static rope into the aluminum alloy groove (the copper plate needs to be drilled and fixed), and fix the rope according to the selected spacing.

4. Fix the aluminum alloy tube or copper plate with the rope installed above the door frame, and ground one end of the aluminum alloy tube or copper plate to achieve the purpose of discharging static charge.
