Today the customer ordered a batch of anti-static bags 23*26cm moisture-proof aluminum foil bags. Anti-static aluminum foil moisture-proof bag has three major functions: anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, and moisture-proof. It has a Faraday electric cage structure, and the average shielding barrier can reach 60db. It has strong electrostatic protection function. The inner layer is made of pure metal aluminum, and the resistivity is lower than 0.1Ω. The four-layer structure has strong lamination ability, firm sealing, good waterproof, oxygen barrier, light protection, and puncture resistance. This product is suitable for packaging of electronic products with moisture-proof requirements: various PC boards, IC integrated circuits, optical drives, hard drives, and Vacuum packaging of chemical raw materials and biological intermediates, etc., surface resistance value 108-1010Ω.
Moisture Barrier - ESD Bag is made of static dissipative materials, with a resistance of about 10^6~10^10, which can effectively slow down the intensity of electrostatic discharge and prevent electronic components from being broken down by static electricity.
Electronic components are placed directly on the wooden table. If the wooden table has static electricity, the instantaneous discharge of static electricity will harm the electronic components. FPGA chips are very sensitive to static electricity.
