Precautions for using electrostatic gun
*The high-voltage electrostatic generator must be grounded; the grounding wire of the high-voltage electrostatic generator is the basis for safe operations. The ground wire of the electrostatic spray gun is also taken from the high-voltage electrostatic generator, so ensure that it is grounded.
*The object to be coated should always be grounded; the object to be coated is generally grounded by the conveyor, but if paint adheres to the contact part of the spreader, it will cause poor conduction, and the coated object will become charged and sparks are prone to cause fire. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically remove the paint attached to the spreader.

*All metal objects in the painting room should be grounded; the air around the sprayer is ionized due to high voltage in the painting room, and ungrounded metal objects may cause sparks after being charged. Therefore, metal materials such as sprayer installation or safety barriers in the painting room must be connected to the ground wire. In addition, metal objects such as unused paint cans and tools should not be placed in the painting room.
*When working, operate the electrostatic spray gun with bare hands; the grip part of the electrostatic spray gun is grounded through the control box. However, if you work with gloves, the human body will be electrified. If you touch other grounded objects, you will get an electric shock. Therefore, when working with gloves, make a hole in the palm.
* Wear leather-soled shoes or electrostatic shoes when working; the air around the painting room is ionized, such as shoes with rubber soles or synthetic resin floors, the human body will also be charged, and you will receive electric shocks when touching safety objects connected to the ground. The purpose of electrostatic spraying is to prevent static electricity from staying. It is necessary to wear electrostatic shoes and always pay attention not to make the paint block adhere to the electrostatic shoes.
*Cleaning nozzles must be done after turning off the power switch of the control box and grounding the front end. If high voltage electricity occurs when washing the nozzle, it will become the cause of fire. The power switch must be turned off when the job is interrupted or finished.
*It is forbidden to use metal brushes when cleaning the nozzle; for example, the nozzle is the life of an electrostatic spray gun. If you use a metal brush, it will damage the nozzle and will not get a uniform spray state, so please use the attached brush.
*Do not soak the electrostatic spray gun body, high-voltage cables and hoses in solvents. The electrostatic spraying machine is an electrical machine, so immersing it in the solvent will cause the malfunction.
*High-voltage cables and hoses should not be dragged on the ground, and should be hung on the ceiling or wall as much as possible (the paint hose should be hung with insulators such as rubber hoses when using electrostatic spray). High-voltage cables and hoses are easily damaged if they are dragged on the ground.
*The condensed water of the air filter, air compressor, etc. must be fully discharged; the distance between the front section of the nozzle and the coated workpiece must be kept at least 150mm.
*For precautions, keep fire extinguishers available.
