In the process of using the ion air gun, pay attention to the compressed air for drying and filtering treatment. After encountering moisture, small particles of dust are more firmly attached to the surface of the object that needs to be dedusted. It is difficult to achieve the ideal effect of dust removal by using the ion air gun , So it is necessary to purify the blown ion wind. Sometimes the customer adjusts the air pressure to the maximum or even the limit, and thinks that such an anti-static effect is good. In fact, on the contrary, the wind speed is too fast and rubs against the surface of the product. Not only is the effect of removing static electricity not good, but also the effect of removing dust is not ideal, generally 0.4MPa is more suitable.
The ion air gun plays a role in removing static electricity and dust during the manufacturing process of electronic accessories, electrostatic spraying and other products.
