Misunderstanding 2: The wind speed and the wind volume should be faster and larger. Generally, customers think that the faster the wind speed and the larger the wind volume, the better the dust removal effect. In fact, this view is mainly due to psychological factors and is incorrect. It depends on the environment and product shape used. If it is in a clean environment, the product is very regular and flat, in fact, only a small amount of air is needed to achieve the effect. Because in this environment, the dust removal object mainly settles automatically, and the external pollution source is non-oily particulate dust. The product surface and the airflow surface form a 30° inclination angle, which can be formed by a light blow. On the contrary, the hazard caused by the large air volume and the fast flow rate is that the airflow direction of the clean room is changed, and the random air blowing causes a large area of dust pollution, and the product quality is difficult to control.
