  4) Test instrument, tool holder, soldering iron grounding.

  5) Work area Ground: Anti-static floor, floor mat or anti-static paint grounding. At present, our company uses anti-static paint to ground.

  6) Anti-static transfer vehicles, boxes and racks should be grounded as much as possible.

  7) Ground the anti-static chair.

 Humidification:

The room temperature of the electrostatic safety zone is 23 ° C ± 3 ° C, and the relative humidity is 45-70% RH. The humidity in the protection zone is strictly prohibited to be less than 30%.

Anti-static overalls and static protective caps and gloves: used to shield the static electricity generated by the workers' clothing and hair during active walking and working.

Anti-static turnover box, anti-static component box: used for turnover, transportation and storage of batch products and components.

Anti-static shielding bag: used for packaging, transportation and storage of individual products and components, with a certain moisture-proof effect.

Anti-static strips and trays: used for storage and handling of a small number of components and products in the production workshop. It is forbidden to store or unpack packaging before use.
