                                                                     Sticky floor mat introduction

Sticky floor mats are one of the everyday consumables for clean rooms. The sticky mat can effectively prevent pollutants and particles from entering the working environment with strict requirements due to the flow of personnel, and keep the working environment clean. Mainly placed in the clean room entrance or buffer zone, it can effectively capture the dust pollution on the sole, the heel (or the wheel), minimize the impact of dust on the quality of the purified environment, and achieve the effect of simple dust removal. It solves the problem that other floor mats are not completely dust-removed, and it cannot guarantee the non-diffusion of dust.

Materials: Dust mats are made of high-density polyethylene and high-grade water-soluble adhesives, and each layer is coated with a highly viscous coating. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum use temperature can reach -70~-100°C), good chemical stability, and can resist most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to oxidizing properties) The acid is insoluble in common solvents at normal temperature, has low water absorption and excellent electrical insulation properties; however, polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical action) and has poor heat aging resistance. The nature of polyethylene varies from species to species and depends primarily on molecular structure and density.

Scope of application: The product is suitable for industries such as electronics, computers, LCD, instrumentation, optics, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, aerospace and nuclear industries.

How to use: For easy tearing during use, the page mark is attached to the corner of the sticky mat. When using, the label should be at an easy-to-tear angle, then peel off the film on the back, stick the sticky mat to the floor to be used, and then use the four layers to tear off the first layer. Note that the ground should be dry and flat. After stepping on the dirt, the upper layer should be removed in time.

Some users think that the viscosity of the sticky mat is as good as possible, but it is not. The viscosity of the selected mat is primarily dependent on the environment and the structure of the sole. Generally, a high-viscosity sticky mat should be used at the entrance between the external environment and the clean room, and a low-viscosity sticky mat can be used between the buffers between adjacent clean rooms. Because the higher viscosity of the sticky mat means that the possibility of sticking the residual rubber to the sole is greater.
