Storage tips for ion fans
We have seen too many articles about storage instructions for anti-static dust-free clothing and other products. Many purchasers do not have a professional understanding of the storage of anti-static equipment, such as ion fans, ion wind nozzles, ion wind snakes. Here we explain in detail from several aspects:
1. It can only be operated under the normal condition of the fan. To ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage, it is strictly forbidden to run without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and it should not be used for a long time.
2. The ion fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. When the fan is stored in the open air, it should be protected against rain. The fan should be prevented from bumping during storage and transportation to avoid damage to the ion fan.
3. During the operation of the fan, abnormal sounds, severe heating of the motor, electrification of the casing, tripping of the switch, failure to start, etc. should be discovered, and the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed while the ion fan is running. After the maintenance, a trial run should be performed for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality and then start the machine.
4. The use environment of the ion fan should always be kept tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the air inlet and outlet. Regularly eliminate dust and other debris in fans and pipes.
