1. After entering the laboratory, wear gloves before taking ESD tweezers to avoid contamination.
2. Only use clean ESD tweezers to hold the chip. Once the tweezers are dropped on the ground or touched by hands, or contaminated by other reasons, they must be cleaned before reuse.
3. After using the ESD tweezers, they should be placed in the specified place of each station. Do not place them arbitrarily. If there are special process tweezers, keep them after use. Do not mix them with the tweezers in the laboratory.
4. Hold the ESD tweezers in a "holding pen style" position to grab the chip.
5. 挟 When picking up the chip, the order should be picked from the back to the front, and when putting back the chip, put it back from the front to the back, so as not to scratch the surface of the chip.
6. When taking the chip, put the "short side" (saw head) on the front of the chip, and the "long side" (flat head) on the back of the chip. 挟 The blank part of the chip must not hurt the chip.
7. Never touch ESD tweezers into the acid tank or D.I Water tank.
