Mistakes to avoid when using ion fans
Why do you want to use the industrial ion fan? In fact, the main purpose is to prevent the electronics factory from being disturbed by static electricity. Let's talk about an example of using an ion fan today.
Many companies use ion fans as ordinary products, and they all think that they can continue to be used without damaged and unbroken appearance products, which is essentially a wrong link on the surface. Because the procurement does not necessarily require a car inspection device, the ion fan cannot be selected correctly, so it will not have an antistatic effect.
The ground wire connection of the ion fan is not good:
(1) The cross-sectional area of the grounding trunk line of the ion fan should not be less than 100mm2; the cross-sectional area of the branch line should not be less than 6mm2; the grounding lines of the equipment and the workbench should use multiple stranded plastic-coated conductors with a cross-sectional area of not less than 1.25mm2 The yellow-green line is appropriate.
(2) The connection of the grounding trunk line of the ion fan should be brazed.
3 (3) The anti-static system of the ion fan must have an independent and reliable grounding device. The grounding resistance should generally be less than 10 伲 crotch, and the pepper meets the requirements of GBJ97.
(4) The ion fan uses three-phase five-wire power supply, and its ground wire can be used as an anti-static ground wire (but the neutral and ground wires must not be mixed).
(5) The connection terminals of anti-static equipment should ensure reliable contact, easy assembly and disassembly, and allow the use of various clip connectors, such as catfish clips, plug sockets, etc.
(6) The anti-static ground wire must not be connected to the neutral line of the power supply and should not be shared with the lightning-proof ground wire. Because lightning and other phenomena will affect the product's performance and personal safety through the circuit.
(7) Grounding system monitoring and alarming devices should be installed in workplaces with high grounding resistance requirements for ion fans.
