In the process of production, sewing and wearing of clean clothing, clean overalls will inevitably carry pollutants, and the fibers themselves will also shed fibers due to friction. Therefore, the new clean overalls should be cleaned before use or after a certain period of time. According to the experiment and control, different cleaning methods and different water quality cleaning are used. The cleaned work clothes after cleaning have different dust production during use. A Normal water washing requires tap water filtered by a collimator with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 μm and washed with an industrial washing machine. The cleaning method is basically the same as that of general clothing, but it is necessary to use neutral, decontamination, and easy to rinse laundry, try to use warm water. The water temperature should be: 60 ~ 70 ° C, nylon fabric 50 ~ 55 ° C ~, high 60 ° C. After cleaning, it should be dried in a clean environment of Class 7 (Class 10000).

C special cleaning solvent cleaning, in order to remove clean contaminants, first wet cleaning with ordinary water washing method, and then use special decontamination agent after distillation to clean, after washing should be dried in 7 (10000) class environment . 1. Before cleaning the clean overalls, carefully check for damage, buttons, zippers and other accessories are intact; the opponents should be repaired, replaced or discarded.
2. Both wet and dry cleaning waters should be filtered with a filter with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 μm.
3. When rinsing and permeable, use an antistatic agent to improve the antistatic properties.
4. The air cleanliness level of the clean working eye cleaning site should be no lower than IS08; and a partial purifying device such as a laminar flow hood should be installed to clean the clothes in an environment compatible with the air cleanliness level of the place where the clean overalls are used.
