There are special requirements for the fabrics of dust-free coveralls
Dust-free coveralls are mostly used in workplaces such as clean rooms, dust-free workshops, and purification workshops that require 10-1000 cleanliness. Did you know that there are special requirements for the fabrics for making dust-free coveralls?

The purpose of using dust-free coveralls is to minimize the human body's dust pollution, which requires that it cannot be a source of dust, and at the same time, it must take into account the prevention of spontaneous dust generation and anti-static generation. In order to achieve such a protective effect, the fabric of the dust-free coveralls has special requirements. Dust-free anti-static fabrics are also called anti-static ultra-clean fabrics, which are different from ordinary anti-static fabrics.
It must have good dust filterability. The dust particles in the clean room mainly come from the indoor flowing air and moving human bodies. When the equipment conditions are determined, to improve the cleanliness is to control the tiny dust generated by the human body to the maximum extent in the clothes and prevent it from being emitted into the air. This is the so-called highest dust filter rate. However, increasing the dust filter rate is at the expense of fabrics and air permeability. Therefore, loose fabrics are not suitable for clean rooms, and naturally they cannot be used as fabrics for dust-free coveralls.
