What are the differences between striped anti-static clothing and mesh anti-static clothing?
At present, the commonly used anti-static clothing fabrics in China include 5MM strip type, 5MM mesh, and 2.5MM mesh conductive silk. The conductive performance of striped electrostatic clothing is not as good as that of grid electrostatic clothing. The conductive threads of grid electrostatic clothing are denser than those of striped ones. Therefore, stripes and grids are also different in price. The price of grids is higher than stripes.
0.5 and 0.25 refer to the conductive wire spacing. The anti-static effect of anti-static work clothes is determined by the conductive threads in the anti-static fabric. The conductive threads of 0.25 mesh anti-static work clothes are denser than those of 0.5 mesh anti-static clothes, and the corresponding anti-static effect is also better. For the same reason, striped anti-static clothing is less effective than mesh anti-static clothing with the same conductive thread spacing.
