First of all, the most important point, do not wash in ordinary rooms when washing, because ordinary rooms have a lot of dust and bacteria. Although we can't see them with the naked eye, they have actually penetrated into the clean shoes during washing. The correct method is to pack all the dust-free shoes to be washed to a specially treated dust-free workshop for purification and cleaning. The following matters should be paid attention to during the washing process:
1. The temperature when washing dust-free shoes must be well controlled. For polyester fabrics, it is best to control it at ＞60℃ and ≤70℃, and for nylon fabrics, it should be controlled at ＞50℃ and ≤60℃;
2. Be careful not to use chemical detergents, and the soaking time should not exceed 3 hours;
3. The water used for washing dust-free shoes must pass through a special filter device, and the solvent used must be distilled before it can be used;
4. Be careful not to rub repeatedly during cleaning, otherwise the conductive fibers inside the dust-free shoes will be broken. If the conductive fibers are broken, the static electricity will not be discharged to the ground smoothly;
5. For dust-free shoes with oil stains, the surface must be cleaned first, and the oil stains must be cleaned up before being cleaned in the dust-free workshop.
