What is an anti-static workbench
Anti-static workbenches are mainly suitable for the electronics industry and places with strict requirements for static electricity. They can only ensure the safety of static-sensitive components by using anti-static workbenches. There are four types of desktops for antistatic workbenches: 1. Heavy-duty antistatic desktop (50mm thick) 2. Light-duty antistatic desktop (30mm thick) 3. Stainless steel desktop (30mm and 50mm thick) 4. Carbon steel desktop (thick (30mm and 50mm). Although their countertops are different, the principles are the same. The anti-static work table is generally made of anti-static melamine high-voltage decorative laminate (commonly known as anti-static voltage film fire-proof board) as the surface material and conductive substrate. The conductive substrate is generally a conductive particle board or a graphite composite board, so that the countertop has overall antistatic performance. Static electricity can be directed to the ground through antistatic surfaces or ground wires.
