What is the difference between an antistatic pad and an insulating pad?

Anti-static rubber pad has static conduction performance. If the insulation pad is used, it will affect the anti-static effect of the area. In the place where there is high voltage or need safety requirements, the insulation pad should be used. The anti-static rubber pad also has insulation and breakdown resistance, but the insulation pad is not. Must be anti-static.
