What is the material of the clean cloth
Dust-free cloth, also known as dust-free wiping cloth, is made of 100% polyester fiber double-woven, with a soft surface, easy to wipe sensitive surfaces, friction without defibration, good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. Product cleaning and packaging are done in the ultra-clean workshop. The optional edge bands for dust-free cloth are generally cold cutting, laser edge banding, and ultrasonic edge banding. Microfiber dust-free cloth is generally perfectly sealed with laser and ultrasonic waves.
Dust-free wipes are mainly used to wipe high-tech products such as LCDs, wafers, PCBs, digital camera lenses, camera films, and optical discs without generating dust particles. At the same time, they can also absorb liquid and dust particles to achieve cleaning effects.
