What is the role of anti-static PCB bracket?
Anti-static PCB bracket mainly undertakes the dual functions of physical protection and static management in the field of electronic manufacturing. Its core functions are as follows:
1. Static protection
Through special materials (such as anti-static PP plastic or surface coating layer), the surface resistance value of the bracket is stabilized in the range of 10⁴–10⁹ ohm, effectively guiding the static charge on the surface of the PCB to the grounding system to avoid static accumulation and damage to electronic components. The manufacturing workshop needs to cooperate with anti-static floor (grounding resistance <4Ω) and personnel protection equipment to form a complete protection system.
2. Physical protection and storage management
Structural classification
Five structures are provided: strip, L-shaped, U-shaped, hanging basket, and flat plate, which are suitable for different production line layout requirements.




The typical size of the L-shaped bracket is 405×280×150mm, and a single rack can store 38 PCB boards; the size of the strip bracket covers specifications such as 480×140×35mm to 411×140×22mm.
Material characteristics
Non-toxic moisture-proof materials are used, which are resistant to acid and alkali, oil and aging, and reduce physical damage to PCB boards during turnover.
3. Logistics turnover optimization
It can be used with anti-static turnover vehicles, and the bottom is equipped with conductive wheels and grounding chains to achieve safe and efficient transportation within the workshop.
The multi-layer hollow design (layer spacing ≥15cm) supports vertical stacking, significantly improving space utilization and production line management efficiency.
4. Economic benefits
By reducing the PCB scrap rate caused by static electricity (according to statistics, the defective rate is reduced by ≥30%), it directly reduces production costs and improves product quality stability.

Supports customized size and structure according to production line requirements, such as turnover vehicles with adjustable slot plate spacing (freely adjustable spacing), folding brackets (volume reduced by 70% after storage), etc., flexibly matching SMT patches, testing, warehousing and other links.
Note: A complete anti-static system needs to be combined with ion blowers (residual voltage <100V), wrist strap detection (resistance 10⁶–10⁷Ω) and other equipment to ensure the effectiveness of electrostatic protection throughout the entire process.
