What precautions should be taken when using anti-static table mats?

Anti-static table mats are mainly made of anti-static (conductive) and dissipative materials, such as synthetic rubber. The surface is matte with a light diffusion rate of over 95%.

Features: Anti-static table mats have shock-absorbing and fatigue-resistant functions. They feature an internal mesh structure, highly uniform resistance distribution, a volume resistivity ≤107Ωcm, short static discharge time, and a service life of at least two years.

1. The surface of the product must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline solvents (such as benzene, alcohol, etc.), as this may cause discoloration, fading, and a decrease in resistance. For cleaning, wipe with a cloth dampened with a neutral solution (such as water).

2. The adhesive used must be compatible with both the bottom of the mat and the workbench material to ensure strong adhesion without shrinkage after application. It is recommended to conduct a test application before mass production.

3. Product shrinkage: This product has a higher glue content than ordinary table mats on the market, which increases its durability and tensile strength. It is recommended to make the product length and width larger when cutting, and store it for 24 hours to allow the product to have a fatigue recovery process before glue bonding.
