The interior of an electronic product is composed of a circuit board as the core. Every button and display light is controlled by this circuit board. Tens of millions of circuits are coiled on the board, and the distance between them is extremely small. The workshops that produce these circuit boards are all high-grade dust-free workshops, which are extremely dust-proof, but even so, there is still no guarantee that there will be no dust at all. The existence of dust will easily cause the mutual aggregation of dust. It is easy to fall between the circuits, and there is no problem during assembly, but when we use it, it may cause dust to fall on the circuit due to vibration, friction, etc. In addition to frictional electrification, the connection of two disconnected lines will cause a short circuit. It will cause problems with electronic products. Therefore, when producing and packaging, be sure to wipe the product with a dust-free cloth to wipe off the dust.

1) In general, in terms of the ability to remove particles below 1.0um, ultra-fine fibers are better, and for the removal of generally larger foreign matter, ordinary ones are also good.
2) For the removal of fingerprints, grease and other pollutants, the ultra-fine removal ability will be better.
3) After wiping with microfiber, there is less residual liquid left on the surface, so the process of cleaning with solvent will be more efficient.
4) Theoretically speaking, ultra-fine ones will absorb dirt better than ordinary ones, but in reality, ultra-fine ones are difficult to make very clean, so it is difficult to generalize.

So how to judge whether it is a microfiber dust-free cloth? From a professional point of view, the method of detecting dust-free cloth is to rely on:

1) Detect the amount of dust generated;
2) Detection of residues;
3) Detect the wear resistance of the dust-free cloth;
4) Detect the ion release amount of the dust-free cloth.
