Anti-static air ionizer
Air ionizers are a great way to neutralize static charges on the surface of insulators like PVC and other untreated plastics. The type of unit you need depends on where you need to control these charges and how large an area the material you want to control occupies.
Desktop ion blower is suitable for items occupying a fan-shaped area of approximately 30CM by 90CM. Note that the ionizing blower will neutralize charged insulating surfaces in a linear fashion. Therefore, a three-dimensional object that is charged on all sides will need to be ionized on all sides to neutralize the static electricity.
The large hanging ion blower can neutralize the surface of an object in a rectangular area of about 60CM by 120CM. For effective ionization and neutralization (bringing the accumulated charge on the PVC surface to equilibrium - neutrality), you may need to use multiple ionizers positioned at different angles to cover all target surfaces.
