Anti-static overalls production process requirements

In addition to the material properties itself, the quality of the process is also very important. The relevant standards for anti-static overalls mainly include the following three points:

1, seams. The most appropriate seam treatment depends on the required protection! Therefore, only the different features such as seams, glue-sealed stitches, fusion joints and combination seams, and a comprehensive understanding, can make the right choice! Suture stitch length: (12~14) Needle / 3cm (mass per unit area ≥ 200g / m2), (14 ~ 16) needle / 3cm (mass per unit area < 200g / m2)
2, size. The size of the anti-static suit should be moderate, not too large, and should not be too small. Generally, manufacturers are afraid of trouble, and generally choose the code, then it will inevitably appear too large and too small. In particular, some of the one-piece anti-static clothing, if the size is too large, loose clothes are not only uncomfortable to wear, the inconvenience of action, and even affect the work efficiency; and if the size is too small, it is too tight in the cuffs and waist and other parts, not only It will hinder the work activity and is extremely easy to tear, which seriously impairs the protective performance of the overalls.
3, anti-static overalls accessories generally do not use metal accessories, if you must use (such as buttons, hooks, zippers) when the surface should be covered, metal accessories should not be directly exposed.
