Anti-static products cannot be used as ordinary products

This is not only costly, but also often damages anti-static products or uses them. The reduction of its efficacy will ultimately affect the quality of the product, and the gain is not worth the loss. Anti-static products are different from ordinary products. Failure or failure cannot be detected by the naked eye. Many companies believe that anti-static products can be used continuously without deforming or splitting. In fact, this is a fault. For example, an anti-static wrist strap can only be used for a few months. After using it for a period of time, the appearance is not damaged, but it is often found that the wrist strap is broken during inspection.



Many companies wear anti-static clothing, but they never carry out dust-free cleaning and some cleaning, but generally require employees to take them home directly as we wash the clothes we usually wear. This is very risky. Anti-static clothing is different from everyday clothing. A professional cleaning is required for a period of time to ensure the real anti-static effect of anti-static clothing. In addition, you should not wear anti-static clothing at will. The zippers should not be closed. Some workers pull their sleeves while operating. In some companies, workers wear anti-static shoes out of the production workshop. This is definitely not allowed.
Before we were training, the manager asked me this question. Why can't anti-static shoes be worn out of the workshop? Anti-static shoes are an important part of the anti-static system. If the sole is stained with dust and static electricity is not easy to discharge, not only can the anti-static shoes have an anti-static effect, but it will bring safety hazards to the product. Without real static grounding, anti-static products are useless. For example, on a production line, workers need to wear anti-static wrist straps. If the wrist straps are not tightly attached to the wrists, or the grounding is not properly done, then static electricity will not be introduced into the ground through the wrist straps.
