Anti-static tester wristband tester HAKKO498 operation method
Operation method: Clamp the alligator clip of the tester to the grounding clip of the wrist strap to be tested (the top screw needs to be clamped for cordless wrist straps), and press the middle test plate of the tester with the hand wearing the wrist strap. If the grounding system is normal, the green "GOOD" light will be on. If the "HIGH" light or "LOW" light on both sides is on, it means that the wrist strap cannot be used normally.
Inspection items:
1. Connection between the wrist strap and the grounding wire.
2. Contact impedance between the wrist strap and the skin.
3. Connection with grounding tools such as anti-static connection plates and mats.
Performance: Various grounding systems can be checked quickly and easily at any location.
Avoid product damage due to static electricity.
Ensure the safety of staff.
Note: After about 50,000 operations, when the green "GOOD" light is still on but no sound is made, it means that the battery needs to be replaced.
