Anti-static Wristband Alarm Principle

The online wristband monitor primarily monitors the real-time working status of the wristband worn by the worker, continuously monitoring it. Its operation is mainly affected by the worker's body resistance and the electrostatic protection measures of the working environment (anti-static flooring, anti-static work shoes, work clothes, mats, chairs, etc.). Adjustments are made to the fine-tuning mechanism to ensure proper operation.

The minimum measuring resistance of the online wristband monitor is 800K ± 10% ohms. The testing method is as follows: Set the fine-tuning of the online monitor to the far right, connect the ground wire and power supply. The red light will flash, accompanied by an alarm sound. Connect one end of an adjustable resistance meter to the ground wire and the other end to the wristband socket. Slowly slide the adjuster until the red light turns green and the alarm sound disappears. The resistance value obtained at this point is the minimum range of the online monitor.

The maximum measuring resistance of the online wristband monitor is 2MΩ. Without inserting the wrist strap, directly connect the ground wire and adjust the fine-tuning to the left. The green light on the air indicator can be ignored because the human body's own body resistance is approximately 1MΩ, the wrist strap's resistance is 1MΩ ± 5%, and the resistance from other electrostatic measures will not exceed 1MΩ.

Under normal operating conditions, the operator should wear the wrist strap and adjust the fine-tuning. Adjustment is complete when the light changes from red to green.

If this instrument malfunctions, the fine-tuning will become uncontrollable during adjustment and will not function properly.
