Human body electrostatic protection products

   (1) The human body anti-static system includes anti-static wrist strap, work clothes, hat, gloves, shoes, socks, etc.


   (2) Anti-static floor includes anti-static terrazzo floor, anti-static rubber floor, PVC anti-static plastic floor, anti-static carpet, anti-static raised floor, etc.


   (3) Anti-static operation series: including anti-static: I: as a placemat, anti-static packaging bag, anti-static logistics trolley, anti-static soldering iron and tools, etc.


Electrostatic measuring instrument

   (1) Electrostatic field tester: used to measure the surface resistance of the desktop and floor. For planar structure and non-planar occasions, different measuring instruments should be selected.


   (2) Wristband tester: Measure whether the wristband is valid.


   (3) Human body static electricity tester: used to measure the amount of static electricity carried by the human body, the impedance between the feet of the human body, the static difference between the human body, and whether the wrist strap and grounding are good. Plugs, work clothes, etc. are effective for protection. It can also be used to enter the discharge to isolate the human body static electricity in the workshop.


   (4) Megger: used to measure the impedance or resistance of all conductive, antistatic and electrostatic discharge surfaces.


Requirements of anti-static technical indicators in electronic product manufacturing

   (1) The grounding resistance of the antistatic grounding electrode is less than 10Ω.


   (2) Floor or floor mat: surface resistance value 105-1010Ω; friction voltage <100V.


   (3) Surface resistance: resistance value 5×104-109Ω.


   (4) Workbench or pad: surface resistance value 106-109Ω; friction voltage <100V; grounding resistance 106-108Ω.


   (5) The resistance of the work chair facing the casters is 106-108Ω.


   (6) The friction voltage of work clothes, hats and gloves is less than 300V; the only friction voltage is less than 100V.


   (7) The resistance of the wrist strap connection cable is 1MΩ; the system resistance when wearing the wrist strap is 1-1OMΩ. The system resistance of the heel strap (shoe bundle) is 0.5×105-108Ω.


   (8) The resistance of the logistics platform to the wheel system is 106-109Ω.


   (9) The surface resistance of material conveying equipment such as material boxes, turnover boxes, PCB racks, etc. is 103-108Ω; the friction voltage is less than 100V.


   (10) After the packaging is produced, the friction voltage of box 1 is <100V.


   (11) The integrated resistance of the human body is 106-108Ω.
