Do you really understand anti-static products?
In today's production and life, anti-static clothing is not limited to the electronic industry, but also widely used in other industries, such as: petrochemical industry, chemical industry, mining and metallurgy industry, special industry, etc. The production process of anti-static clothing is relatively complicated, and the selection of raw materials and the production process are very demanding. Therefore, professional maintenance of the produced anti-static clothing is required to better play the role of anti-static clothing.
During transportation, it should be noted that there must be a cover on the anti-static clothing, the packaging must not be damaged, and the sun and high temperature should be prevented. Work clothes should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mildew and deterioration. When storing, keep more than 200mm away from the ground and walls, and more than 1m away from all heating elements. Direct sunlight should be avoided, and outdoor placement is strictly prohibited. Anti-static wool knitted fabrics should be packed and stored with an appropriate amount of moth repellant.
Anti-static clothing is best washed with neutral detergent. Do not mix with other clothes when washing, and use hand washing or washing machine soft washing procedures to avoid breakage of conductive fibers. Washing water temperature should be below 40 ℃, rinse with normal temperature water. The wash time is as short as possible, but it must be rinsed well to remove any residual detergent. For work clothes with both flame-retardant and oil-proof properties, do not use bleaching powder or organic solvents for decontamination.
If the above requirements can be strictly fulfilled, the service life of anti-static clothing will be greatly extended, saving resources and reducing expenses, killing two birds with one stone.
