Environmental anti-static measures when using LED

1. Laying anti-static floor, with grounding dissipation system, surface resistivity: 10 6~10 9/cm2
2. Electrostatic sensitive devices should be operated on an anti-static workbench. The anti-static work surface should be laid with a protective work surface made of static dissipative materials, and grounded: Surface resistivity: 10.6~10.9/cm2 Volume resistivity: 10.3~10.8/ cm2 Frictional electrification potential: ≤100V Static voltage decay time: ≤0.5S
3. During the entire use and operation process of electrostatic sensitive devices, the DC ion fan should be activated and operated within the effective range of the ion fan (generally no more than 60cm).
4. The relative humidity of the electrostatic protection zone is controlled above 50%, preferably between 70% and 80%.
5. There must be a good anti-static grounding system, and the ground, wall, workbench, equipment, instrument and wrist strap shall be isolated from each other according to the work area and unit, enter the ground sequentially, and then discharge into the ground.
6. Anti-static appliances should be used in the static protection zone: all kinds of containers, work fixtures, work surfaces and equipment mats in the static protection zone should avoid the use of materials that are prone to static electricity, mainly referring to general-purpose materials and rubber products.
7. The soldering iron (preferably a straight thermostatic soldering iron) and the test instrument used should be well grounded.
