ESD Anti-static shielding bag
In general, anti-static shielding bags have both dissipative and anti-static properties. Some higher quality antistatic bags are also dissipative. Anti-static means the product's thin-film material reduces friction down to less than 250 volts. Dissipative means that the material is conductive and the resistance range is >104 ~ <1011Ω.
