Explain the steps of the ion air gun


The ion air gun is one of the static elimination products using the compressed gas series. The operation steps of the ion air gun are as follows:

(1) The ion wind gun should be equipped with a high voltage generator. Insert the end of the air gun cable into the high voltage output jack of the high voltage generator and rotate it clockwise to the head.

(2) Connect the ground wire of the air gun connection to the grounding bar on the outside of the high voltage generator to see if it is well grounded and confirm.

(3) After confirming that the grounding is good, insert the plug of the high voltage generator into the socket with the grounding wire, connect the compressed air to the air gun, and turn on the power of the high voltage generator to work.

The ion wind gun should be equipped with a power supply and compressed air. Connect the ion wind gun high-voltage wire to the power supply, then insert the air pipe into the ion air gun air pipe connection, turn on the power supply and compressed air, and use it. If you need to blow away the place where the static electricity is removed, you can eliminate the static electricity. And dust. After the ion air gun is used for a period of time, dust will accumulate on the ion needle and the inner wall. It must be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, the power should be cut off. If the compressed air is not clean, an air filter can be installed to reduce dust accumulation.
