How does the anti-static work chair lift up and down

Many people prefer to use liftable chairs because the height can be adjusted freely. The reason why the anti-static chair can rise and fall is because it has a part called the lifting air rod.

How does the anti-static chair lift?

The lift air rod is explosion-proof and safe, so it is very safe to use. Anti-static chairs only add anti-static performance to ordinary chairs, and their lifting principle is the same as that of other anti-static chairs.

There are generally two principles of anti-static chairs, air pressure lift and spiral lift.

Air pressure lift requires a person to sit on a stool and lift a joystick under the stool at the same time, using the weight of the body to lower the stool. In the same way, pressing down on the joystick will raise the stool.

The spiral lift adopts a clockwise and counterclockwise method. Generally speaking, the stool is rotated clockwise to lower, and the stool is rotated counterclockwise to raise.

What needs to be reminded here is that the air pressure lifting is a new method. The principle is that a cylinder is installed under the stool surface, and the lifting and lowering of the stool is controlled by the up and down movement of the piston rod of the cylinder. The gas pressure rod is filled with nitrogen gas. Generally, if the gas purity is lower than 90%, there may be potential safety hazards, and the poor sealing of the gas pressure rod may also easily lead to gas bursting. In addition, the material of the gas pressure rod itself is also very important. If unqualified materials are used, it may be cause an explosion.
