How to detect anti-static products
Test the following indicators
Surface resistance, body resistance, grounding resistance, frictional electrification, shielding leakage voltage and electrostatic neutralization.
Electrostatic measuring instrument
(1) Static electricity tester: a measure the amount of static electricity in a product or a certain location. b measure the static elimination performance of the static eliminator
(2) Wrist strap tester: Measure whether the wrist strap is effective.
(3) Wrist strap online monitor: monitor whether the wrist strap is damaged and worn well at any time.
(4) Human body comprehensive tester: It can be used to measure whether the wrist strap and anti-static shoes are effective, and it can also measure the comprehensive resistance of the human body.
(5) Surface resistance tester: used to measure the surface impedance or resistance of all conductive, antistatic and electrostatic discharge products.
(6) System monitoring alarm: It can monitor whether the work flow ground line is in good contact with the earth at any time.
Formulate an anti-static management system, and have a dedicated person responsible. Regularly check and maintain the effectiveness of anti-static facilities.
(1) Wrist strap: check once a day. Use wrist strap tester, wrist strap online monitor, human body comprehensive tester to detect.
(2) Anti-static clothes: Check once a month, using a surface resistance tester and a surface resistance tester.
(3) Anti-static shoes: Check once a week, using a comprehensive human body tester.
(4) Human body comprehensive resistance: it is tested once a day, using a human body comprehensive tester, usually at the entrance of the workshop.
(5) The anti-static performance of anti-static component racks, printed board racks, turnover boxes, and transport vehicles shall be inspected every six months. Use a surface resistance tester to test.
(6) Anti-static flooring, table mats, and floor mats are tested once every three months, using a surface resistance tester.
(7) The static elimination equipment is tested every three months, and it can be tested with static tester (such as FMX-OO3 static tester imported from Japan. Or ME268A flat-type static tester).
(8) The grounding of anti-static products is checked once a month. It can be detected by a grounding system monitoring alarm device.
