How to improve the resistance test of the anti-static stool
Generally, factories use this chair in the EPA area, but during the use process, the chair product certification and incoming material acceptance are both qualified, but a factory found that the chair was used for about a month when it was tested for compliance. The resistance of the chair test system is unqualified.

After comparison and investigation of the tested data, the failure of the system resistance test is due to the influence of the material of the foot plug, coupled with factors such as dirty and abrasion of the foot plug during use, the test data at this time is greater than 1*10^9 ohm.
The plan is as follows:
Method 1: Add an additional grounding chain to the chair leg
Although the effect seems to be ok, but the contact area between the chain buckle and the buckle is small and the contact force is small, resulting in excessive on-resistance. The tested system resistance exceeds 1*10^9 ohms, so this method fails and is invalid.
Method 2: Replace the anti-static foot plug of the original anti-static stool with a metal foot plug.
The test data shows that it is qualified, less than 1*10^9 ohms, but when selecting metal foot plugs, it is necessary to evaluate the problem points that affect the friction between the foot plug and the floor, such as: floor damage, noise during friction, etc.
The above is the introduction of the anti-static stool
